A workshop by Theresa Chromati for the Baltimore-edition of Brown Paper Zine and Small Press Fair.
In this workshop led by Theresa Chromati, each individual focused on the fundamentals of zine making using simple materials: xerox machine, scissors, photos, markers, glue, etc. During this workshop we concentrated on Saddle stitch binding, designing your own cover by hand / xerox machine, and an inspiration page that starts your zine. Inner pages were intentionally left blank so that each maker has the space to form their own content overtime. Participants brought images, quotes, and positive words that are important to them and were included in their zines.
This workshop was followed by a public after party for The Cut Up Series III: Brown Paper Zine and Small Press Fair featuring performances by Eunb1, Josh Stokes, & DJ Trillnatured.
